Mythx Bot - Privacy Policy

Mythx is a Discord bot developed by Lunar Team. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use Mythx, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

Mythx collects the minimum data necessary to provide its features. The following data is stored:

Discord User IDs

Discord Server IDs

Discord Channel IDs

Emoji & sticker data

Economy data (coins, bank, streaks)

AFK status & reason

Ratings given and received

Leaderboard statistics

Membership activation status

Temporary security logs

        Note: We do not collect message content, passwords, email addresses, or any personal information beyond what Discord provides through its public API.
      

How We Use Information

Power economy features: balance, daily rewards, work, robbing, gambling, leaderboards
Manage AFK status and automatic nickname handling across servers
Run and resolve giveaways fairly and transparently
Validate and manage Membership and Server Premium subscriptions
Display user profile information via /user and /rate
Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of commands
Generate internal logs for debugging and security purposes
Respond to AFK mentions and notify users accordingly

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on our secure server infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access.

Economy data, membership records, and leaderboard data are retained for the duration of the bot's operation. Temporary security logs are purged periodically. AFK data is automatically cleared when the user sends a message.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may only be disclosed if required by applicable law or in response to a valid legal request. Lunar Team will not voluntarily provide user data to any external entity outside of legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

Mythx operates exclusively on Discord's platform. By using Mythx, you also agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Mythx does not integrate with any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking services. No data is sent to external APIs beyond Discord's own infrastructure.

Minors

Mythx is intended for users aged 13 and above, in accordance with Discord's minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 years of age. If you believe a minor's data has been collected, please contact us immediately through our support server.

Data Removal

You may request deletion of all data associated with your Discord User ID at any time. To submit a data removal request, join our support server and contact the team. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe. Note that some data (such as leaderboard entries) may be retained in anonymized form.
